We do not collect payment information, because payments are not currently available. We do not ask for your date of birth, real name, address or phone number.
We do not train AI models on your data, and we do not sell your information or share it with advertisers. We do not currently send marketing email.

These providers have their own privacy policies and data practices, which we do not control. Because your conversations are sent to AI providers to be answered, please avoid putting information in a chat that you would not want processed by them.
You can do the following yourself at any time:
For a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account, or to object to how we process your information, email privacy@hoshipix.com and we will handle your request within 30 days. These are currently handled manually rather than by a button in the app. We may need to confirm the request comes from the account holder first.
We keep your account, characters and conversations until you delete them or ask us to close your account. Sign-in logs and email links are short lived and removed automatically. Backups may hold deleted content for a limited period.
Passwords are stored as secure hashes and are never recoverable in plain text. Email links are single use and expire. Traffic is served over HTTPS and data is encrypted at rest. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we recommend using a unique password.
We use a small number of cookies that are necessary for the service to work, including one that keeps you signed in and one that records that you confirmed your age. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
This service is for adults aged 18 and over, and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn that an account belongs to someone underage, we will disable it and delete its data. To report one, contact support@hoshipix.com.
Our providers operate in different countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. We rely on the safeguards those providers have in place.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will change the date above and give notice in the service before significant changes take effect.
