Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using this service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. This applies to the whole service, not only to content marked as mature, because the service can generate explicit content on request.

By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and may lawfully access adult content where you live. If we find that an account belongs to someone underage, we will disable it and delete its data. You can report a suspected underage account to support@hoshipix.com.

3. User-Generated Content

You keep ownership of the characters, personas, images and conversations you create. You give us permission to store and display them only as needed to run the service, including sending your prompts to the AI providers that generate replies.

You are responsible for the content you publish, and you confirm you have the rights to it. We do not review or endorse user content before it appears.

4. Content Guidelines

The following are not allowed anywhere on the service, including in private chats:

• Any sexual content involving minors, or characters presented as minors. This is prohibited absolutely, including fictional, drawn and AI-generated depictions.
• Content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, or harm to others
• Hate speech or content that targets people for who they are
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide
• Instructions for making weapons, explosives, or illegal drugs
• Impersonating a real person without their consent, or sexual content depicting real people
• Content that infringes copyright or other intellectual property rights
• Spam, phishing, malware, or attempts to disrupt the service

Mature content that is otherwise allowed must be marked NSFW when you create the character. We screen content automatically and review reports, but neither catches everything. Report content or copyright concerns to support@hoshipix.com, including a link to the content and why you are reporting it.

5. AI-Generated Content

Characters are fictional and are not real people. Replies are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inconsistent, so please do not rely on them as factual or as professional advice. Your conversations are sent to third-party AI providers so they can be answered.

6. Credits and Subscriptions

• Sending a message costs credits at the rate shown for the model you have selected.
• Free credits, including the welcome bonus and daily claims, expire as stated when they are granted. Purchased credits do not expire.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or resold.
• We may change pricing, model availability, and free credit amounts at any time.
• Paid subscriptions and credit purchases are not available yet. Any subscription tier shown on your account was assigned by us and was not bought.
• You are not charged for a message that fails to generate a reply.

7. Your Responsibilities

• Follow these guidelines and use the service lawfully
• Keep your password secure, and tell us if your account is accessed without permission
• Do not create multiple accounts to collect extra free credits
• Respect other users and their content

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms or if your use of the service creates legal risk. You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to support@hoshipix.com. Unused credits are not refunded when an account closes.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided as is, without warranties, and we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or content.

Nothing here removes any rights you have that cannot legally be removed, including consumer rights in the country where you live.

10. Changes and Applicable Law

We may modify or discontinue parts of the service, and we may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date above and give notice in the service before significant changes take effect.

This service is currently run by an individual rather than a company, and these terms do not set a governing jurisdiction. Your local law and your rights under it still apply, and we will update this section if that changes.
