is the sole responsibility of the user who publishes it. We do not control, verify, or endorse any user-generated content.

As a platform that enables users to create and interact with AI characters, we maintain strict content guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates our community guidelines, including but not limited to:

• Content that promotes or glorifies violence, terrorism, or harm to others
• Hate speech, discrimination, or content that targets specific groups or individuals
• Content that exploits or endangers minors
• Content that promotes illegal activities or substances
• Spam, phishing, or malicious content in descriptions or interactions
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights or impersonates real individuals without consent
• Content that contains excessive gore or graphic violence
• Content that promotes self-harm or suicide

We also maintain the following content guidelines:

• Mature or NSFW content must be properly tagged and marked as such
• Users must respect the intellectual property rights of others when creating characters
• Interactions must not be used to harass or bully other users
• Content must not be designed to impersonate real individuals without their consent
• Descriptions and interactions must not contain explicit sexual content without proper age verification
• AI characters must be clearly identified as such and not misrepresented as real people
• Characters designed for specific purposes (assistant, roleplay, entertainment, utility) must be properly categorized
• Users are responsible for ensuring their created characters comply with all applicable laws and regulations

We may take appropriate action, including content removal, account suspension, or termination, for violations of these guidelines. Users are encouraged to report violations. We reserve the right to modify these guidelines at any time to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform.

4. Subscriptions and Credits

All purchases of subscriptions and credits are subject to the following terms:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Credits and subscription benefits cannot be transferred or resold
• We reserve the right to modify subscription plans and credit pricing at any time
• Unused credits do not expire unless explicitly stated otherwise
• Subscription auto-renewal can be canceled at any time, but no refunds will be issued for the current billing period
